A good friend of ours from Zappos, Melissa, was injured on Friday in an accident. She is going to be alright, which makes everyone so happy. Melissa is one of the sweetest people on earth, and I’m so proud to call her a colleague and a friend. She embodies the Zappos Culture with a unique combination of goofiness, wit and weirdness.
